Rachel is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with 25 years of clinical experience working across a broad range of settings. She has extensive experience working within community-based settings, assisting clients with varied conditions, aged related changes, disabilities and complex needs. Rachel is skilled in the prescription of assistive technology / equipment and home modifications, as well as assessment and report writing for both functional capacity assessments and SDA housing assessments. She is motivated to support older adults and those with a disability to achieve their goals through a holistic, person centered approach.
