Referrals to Ability Health Solutions are accepted from a number of sources. Examples include:
- Self-referral / Family
- GP or Medical Professional
- Allied Health Professionals – Physiotherapists, OT, Neuropsychologists
- Health & Hospital Services
- Care Providers
- Support Coordinators (NDIS, other)
- Funding Agencies

Funding Options
There are a number of ways that services can be funded. These may include:
- Private or Self-funded
- Funding agency
- Private health insurers – Note: any rebate is dependent on your insurer and level of cover

Ability Health Solutions is a registered provider for a number of Funding Agencies including:
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) - Ability Health Solutions is a provider of Therapeutic Supports (Occupational Therapy Services)
- Transport Accident Commission (TAC) - Ability Health Solutions is a provider of Framework Occupational Therapy Services
- WorkSafe (WorkCover) - Ability Health Solutions is a provider of Framework Occupational Therapy Services
- Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
- Medicare / Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Program – Formerly Enhanced Primary Care (EPC)
- State Wide Equipment Program (SWEP)
