Stephen is a qualified Occupational Therapist with extensive industry experience as an occupational therapist and manual handling consultant within the health, disability and aged care sectors. Stephen also has a degree in Human Movement (Applied Science) and is Cert IV qualified in Training & Assessment.
Stephen has over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist working in senior positions across hospital and community services within Australia and the UK. He is a highly skilled and experienced therapist working across a wide range of conditions and complex needs. Stephen has a special interest in complex equipment prescription and home modifications.
Stephen has also worked as a manual handling professional for over 12 years within Australia and the UK. He is a highly experienced trainer and consultant in manual handling, having worked extensively with private clients, health and disability organisations.

Kylie is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with over 30 years’ experience. She has worked in a variety of hospital, rehabilitation and community settings both in Australia and the UK, with clients of all ages and across a wide range of conditions. Kylie’s experience includes working for over 5 years with Multiple Sclerosis Australia, and more recently over 5 years as a private community OT delivering a broad range of services including rehabilitation, equipment/ assistive technology and home modification services. Kylie has a special interest in neurological conditions (e.g. acquired brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injuries), complex wheelchair and seating prescriptions, as well as upper limb rehabilitation. Kylie enjoys working with clients, their families and their support teams to enable clients to achieve their goals.

Giselle is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist and brings over 14 years’ experience to Ability Health Solutions. She has worked within hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation, and community settings during this time providing her with a broad range of experience and skills. This includes complex equipment prescription, home modifications, upperlimb, activity modification and retraining, as well as complex seating and powered/manual mobility aids. Giselle has a keen interest in neurological conditions, acquired brain injury and upper limb rehabilitation. Giselle enjoys working collaboratively with clients, families and their treating teams to achieve positive outcomes and understands the importance of enabling participation in activities of day to day life.

Rachel is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with 25 years of clinical experience working across a broad range of settings. She has extensive experience working within community-based settings, assisting clients with varied conditions, aged related changes, disabilities and complex needs. Rachel is skilled in the prescription of assistive technology / equipment and home modifications, as well as assessment and report writing for both functional capacity assessments and SDA housing assessments. She is motivated to support older adults and those with a disability to achieve their goals through a holistic, person centered approach.
Cara is a highly experienced business support officer, having worked in a similar role at a physio practice for the last 6 years. Cara also brings with her valuable skills within customer service and administration from her background within the travel industry in the UK and New Zealand.

Within these settings, Rachel has developed valuable skills in assessment, report writing, equipment prescription, home modifications and intervention strategies.
Rachel has experience managing a diverse caseload of clients experiencing a variety of conditions including disability, orthopaedic, cardiac, respiratory, geriatric, trauma and neurological.
In her spare time Rachel enjoys walking her pet schnoodle and camping with her family.

Emma comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in both administration and marketing having worked for several top tier construction and architectural firms in various roles. Emma brings with her a broad skill set ranging from customer service to event management and whole business rebranding.
As Business Support Officer, Emma will provide a high level of administrative support as the first point of contact for Ability Health Solutions.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys Pilates, walking, going to the football and spending time with her two boys.
Philippa is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with over 11 years clinical experience. She has worked within hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation, and the community settings, in both Melbourne and regional Victoria. This has allowed her to develop a wide range of experience and skills. She is skilled in the areas of complex home modifications, manual and powered mobility devices and the prescription of other assistive technology.
Philippa has successfully worked with a range of client groups, including those with a progressive neurological condition, Orthopaedic conditions and those in the aged care population. She is passionate about working along side her clients and their support network to achieve their functional goals, with strong skills in assessment, report writing/funding applications and functional retraining.
In her spare time Philippa enjoys reading a good book and getting out and about with her young family.

Kate brings extensive clinical knowledge with over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
She has worked in a variety of hospital-based and community settings in both Australia and the UK.
Kate enjoys bringing her depth & breadth of knowledge to solving complex challenges with her clients to enable them to achieve their desired outcomes.
Kate loves to share her knowledge and skill in home modifications and wheelchair prescription.
Kate has extensive occupational therapy experience in a wide variety of areas including aged care, NDIS, transition care, dementia, amputee, spinal, orthopaedic, general medical, pain management, driving, burns, carer training and cardiac caseloads.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her children, taking her crazy dog for energetic walks, and socialising with friends.

Danielle completed her Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2016 and has spent the last seven years working within the community sector and inpatient rehabilitation, primarily specializing in complex home modifications and assistive technology. Danielle also has a degree in Sport Development and Health Sciences. She is passionate and dedicated in supporting her clients to achieve their goals through tailoring interventions specific to her client’s needs, their interests and their environment. Danielle focuses on building a strong relationship with her clients and their families in order to provide a holistic and collaborative approach to their care.
Danielle also brings with her over 12 years experience working as a program leader, personal trainer and support worker within the disability sector. This experience has strengthened her passion for supporting clients to create and achieve occupations that are meaningful to them and that contribute to life long participation in everyday activities.
